State Police Catskill arrest Catskill man for Identity Theft and Criminal Possession of Stolen Property

On January 6, 2019 State Police Catskill arrested Robert J. Hatker, age 36 of Catskill for Criminal Possession of Stolen Property 4th degree (misdemeanor) and Identity Theft 3rd degree (felony).
An investigation that started on September 29, 2019 revealed that Robert Hatker broke into a vehicle and stole cash and credit cards. The credit cards were used at numerous locations in the Catskill area all captured on surveillance cameras.
He was arraigned in the Town of Catskill Court and issued an appearance ticket with a return date of January 16, 2020 at 3:00 p.m.
