Tuesday's mistrial in CC Court was due to lack of potential jurors

On Tuesday we reported that a mistrial was declared in the drug possession trial of three men in Columbia County Court.

Today we learned why. The Columbia County D.A.'s office says, they ran out of potential jurors for the trial, and could not come up with enough needed, after the pool was gone through.

This is not the first time it's happened. In fact, earlier this year the same thing happened before the trial of three Massachusetts women, in their drug possession trial.

The three men, Austin Carr, Dorian Carr, and Maleek Singleton will be re-tried at a later date, which has not been set yet.
