Samir Alygad, 30, of Catskill, was arrested Saturday 9/21/19 on a Warrant issued by Judge Terry J. Wilhelm and arraigned on 9/23/19.
Bail was set at $25,000 cash/$50,000 bond.
Alygad is charged with 4 counts of Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 3rd Degree: Narcotic Drug, Cocaine, a Class B Felony and 4 counts of Criminal Sale of a Controlled Substance in the 3rd Degree: Narcotic Drug, Cocaine, a Class B Felony.
The arrest was based on a joint investigation by the Catskill Village Police Department, Greene County District Attorney’s Office, New York State Police Bureau of Criminal Investigation, and the Greene County Sheriff’s Office.
