From Columbia County Sheriff’s Office:
Joseph Foisy, 36, of Springfield VT, was arrested at 8:50pm June 7 and charged with Reckless Endangerment in the Second Degree (Class A Misdemeanor) and Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle in the Second Degree (Class U Misdemeanor) by 1st Sergeant John Rivero and Deputy Samantha Plass.
Columbia County 911 detailed Deputies to the area of State Route 22 and 295 in the Town of Canaan for an aggressive driver attempting to strike and force another vehicle off the road.
Foisy was stopped and charged with Reckless Endangerment and driving with a suspended license. He was arraigned in Canaan Town Court and was ROR with a return date of June 27.
