A Saugerties man is accused of urinating on a car in this parking lot, in broad daylight

Saugerties Police reports the arrest of 54-year-old Robert A Drumm of Saugerties on the Misdemeanor Charge of Public Lewdness.
Drumm was arrested following the investigation by the Saugerties Police Department about a male subject who urinated in the parking lot of the Sawyer Savings Bank.
The defendant, Robert A. Drumm, was observed on Friday February 22, 2019 at 12:30 in the afternoon urinating on a motor vehicle parked in the rear parking lot of the bank during their normal business hours.
Drumm was processed at Saugerties Police Headquarters and then released on an appearance ticket returnable to the Village of Saugerties Court on March 11, 2019 to answer his charge.
