25 year old El-Jalon Thornton was in Columbia County Court today, to be arraigned on charges of Failing to register as a sex offender. The Columbia County D.A.'s Office says a trial date was set for June 10th and he was returned to the Columbia County Jail.
Thornton was the subject of a search last summer by Hudson Police.

The Hudson Police Department is asking for the community's assistance in locating EL-JALON THORTON, age 25, 5'6", 145 lbs.
THORTON is a level 3 sex offender (highest threat to community) who has failed to register with this department since his release from prison on 09/18/17.
It is believed he is still in the area. Anyone with information is encouraged to call the Hudson Police at (518)828-3388 and ask for a Detective.
