Rain has been coming down heavy, and many areas have poor drainage, due to snow and ice blocking the water's route.
DPW and DOT crews have been out all day working to clear them, but there are parts of the area they have not gotten to yet.
Be alert out there until the rain stops.
Some weather reports suggest a brief change to snow before it ends tonight, which is another reason to be careful.
